Communication With the Bariatric Office

We occasionally receive complaints from patients that bariatric office staff did not get back to them quick enough. We would like to assure you that we are working very hard to resolve this issue. We would also like to remind you that our office handles a very large number of enquiries and it is very difficult to respond to every request in a timely fashion. Here are a few things the patients can do to minimize this problem.


If the issue is not about an emergency,

Please try to communicate through email in stead of calling the office. Email addresses of the entire office staff are on the website http://www.mylapsurgeon.com/

If you can not email and would like to call, please be very specific about your request and keep it brief.

After you complete your preop workup, please wait for at least 7 to 10 days before calling the office to find out if the office has received your paperwork.

Finally, please do not send an email if the problem is about an emergency. In that case, call the office directly at 8148776997 betweeen 8am and 5pm on weekdays
and call the hospital operator at 814877 6000 on weekends and nights.
